High School Prep Evening Bootcamp

Maximize your performance with our High School Sports Prep Camp. This intensive, three-evening bootcamp is scheduled for August 8, 9, and 10 from 7-9PM at Elizabeth Seton High School.

Our program is tailored for incoming players aiming to excel in their upcoming tryouts. The camp is designed to help the player prepare for the demands of high school season. Coaches will lead players through training sessions and games. 

The camp will focus on fitness, skill development, and small-sided games.

Eligibility:

Boys and Girls Ages: 13-19 
Birthyears: 2010, 2009, 2008, 2007, 2006
